Please contact your Property Manager directly with any concerns, and they will do their best to resolve any issues you may have. If you don’t know who your Property Manager is, or do not have their direct number, please visit our contact us page.

How do I get a management proposal for the commercial property I own?

Who do I call for emergency service at the commercial property I lease?

During office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), please contact your Property Manager. If you are unsure of who your property manager is, please call our front desk at 204-956-2739, and your call will be directed to the appropriate person.

For after hours emergencies (including weekend emergencies), please call 204-956-2739. Listen carefully to the prompts and select the commercial division. Your call will be forwarded directly to the on-call Property Manager.

Who can I contact in regards to the appearance of a commercial property that you manage?
