The Birth Centre is one of south Winnipeg’s most recognizable buildings, thanks to its prominent location and award winning design. Completed in 2011, this 14,500 square foot medical facility includes birthing rooms, exam rooms, offices, lounge, plus meeting, conference, and educational spaces. The design incorporates an existing 12,000 square foot building, originally a grocery store, and includes a 3,000 square foot addition.

1001 Corydon Avenue

1001 Corydon Avenue is a three floor office tower located at the corner of Corydon Avenue and Harrow Street. This building features a distinctive curved façade along Corydon Avenue, a raised street side patio, and underground parking. Constructed in 2007, the 23,430 square foot building is currently home to offices, a medical clinic, and a café.

Giant Tiger & Staples

1450 Ellice Avenue

Formerly the site of a single home furnishings and appliance store, 1450 Ellice Avenue has been completely retrofitted to house two national retailers – Giant Tiger and Staples. The space was entirely gutted and divided into two spaces, approximately 25,000 and 23,000 square feet. The units were built to suit the needs of each tenant, with new electrical and lighting, plumbing, and other building systems.

The loading dock was upgraded and modified to accommodate two tenants, plus upgrades were done to the parking lot and site lighting.

Oxbow on the Seine

The Oxbow on the Seine is a luxury condominium complex located in South St. Vital. Consisting of three five-storey buildings built in three phases, The Oxbow on the Seine offers eco-friendly design right on the historic Seine River. The buildings feature concrete and steel construction, luxury finishes, surface, covered, and heated underground parking, plus a variety of suite layouts for buyers to chose from, and building amenities such as a gym and multipurpose room. The first phase of the project saw occupancy in 2011 with phase three completed in 2015.

Save-On-Foods

850 St. James Street

850 St. James Street was among the first locations of Save-On-Foods in Winnipeg. Previously a home electronics store, this 34,000 was completely retrofitted to meet the needs of a modern grocery store. The entire interior of the unit was constructed with new flooring, electrical, lighting, and plumbing. The loading dock was upgraded to accommodate a grocery store, plus the facade was completely re-done.

Completed in 2016, the renovation of Royal Oak Court was awarded as the Renovation of the Year by the Manitoba Professional Property Managers Association and the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (the first time the CFAA presented an award to a Manitoba based property management company). The complete rehab project included all new electrical and plumbing, building systems, windows and air conditioning units, and completely re-designed suite interiors, plus upgrades to the roof, exterior masonry, and parking lot. The building achieved  95% occupancy within half a year of completion.

Lanark Tower & Gardens

465 – 555 Lanark Street

The Lanark Tower and Gardens project represents a complete rehabilitation and repositioning of the property. Originally built in the 1950s (Lanark Gardens) and 1961 (Lanark Tower), this property comprises a six storey tower and 15 three storey walk-ups with a total of 235 rental units. The complete renovation, completed in 2010, saw significant work done to suites and common areas, building systems, building envelope, and property grounds.

Upon completion, Towers managed a complete lease-up of the properties.
